All players MUST turn in their registrations and payment by August 3rd so players packs can be ordered. You can print the registration form off of our website, or pick one up at any of our Monday Night Leagues. Forms and payment can be mailed to me at the address on our site, or dropped off on Monday Night League. Contact me for any further questions.
