About this tournament

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Mossy Roc Open! One of the truly special weekends in disc golf! We look forward to sharing the tranquility and challenge of Mossy Roc with you. Most importantly, we'll be looking to build on last year's camaraderie and good vibes!
This is an unsanctioned event hosted by the Whatcom Disc Golf Club. Amateurs will play 2 rounds, Saturday September 6th. Pros and Masters will play 2 rounds, Sunday September 7th.
This year’s layout will be the same as 2024. That means the current summer long layout, but playing to the short baskets on holes 9, 14, and 17. We expect to have the baskets in the tournament positions 2 weeks prior to the event.
Pizza lunch will be provided by Toni’s pizza. More details to follow as the event date approaches.
AMs will receive:
- Tournament tee-shirt
- Tournament stamped disc
- Lunch provided by Tino's Pizza
- Trophies and prizes for payout

Mossy Roc is a private course and is only available to current WDGC members, NOMAD members, and/or residents of Sudden Valley. Remember, NOMAD members do not receive a member number and will not be listed in the complete member roster. The NOMAD member period that would apply to this event timing is valid from Aug. 1, 2025 to Jan. 31, 2026.
Players must either be up-to-date on annual club dues at the time of the event or pay a $10 fee for a one-day NOMAD pass.
