    10:30am - 5:00pm

    After registering for singles, you will receive a free entry code and link to enter the fancy dress (optional) doubles.
    The Doubles will be a PDGA sanctioned event so you will be able to score with the PDGA live scoring app.

    10:30am - Doubles Players Meeting.
    Players meeting at HQ just around the corner from the end of Dobson Place in the Meridian marquee.
    Two rounds of modified best shot (no more than two consecutive drives from either player - play the Greenbelt Course then the River Course).

    There will be three divisions - Open Division, Mixed Division and Ladies Division.
    Players to play off the same tees you are playing off in the singles.

    11am - Round 1 Doubles shotgun start on the Greenbelt Course (depending on numbers)
    2pm - Round 2 Doubles shotgun start on the River Course (depending on numbers)

    We reserve the right to adjust timings if required.

    8:30am - 4:30pm

    Singles Day 1
    8:30am - Recommended Players Meeting at HQ just round the corner from the end of Dobson Place on the Greenbelt Course. It is highly recommended that you make the Players Meeting due to potential last minute course changes and hole / course note clarifications.

    Round 1 TD Draw - Players will be split into two pools. Both pools will play a round of each course each day.
    9:15am - River Course Round 1 Shotgun Start
    9:45am - Greenbelt Course Round 1 Shotgun Start

    Round 2 onwards - Divisionally seeded
    1:00pm - River Course Round 2 Shotgun Start
    1:30pm - Greenbelt Course Round 2 Shotgun Start

    We reserve the right to adjust timings if required.

    4:30pm - 10:00pm at Twizel Greenbelt

    Helix Pyramid Shootout by HQ on the Greenbelt.
    Social catchups at HQ with tunes and shots at the Helix pyramid stack for prizes.

    Start time close to 30 minutes after final card has finished round 2.

Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE EVENT

Players who officially request to withdraw on or before 21st October 2026 (at least 30 days before the start of the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal, Disc Golf Scene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between 22nd October 2026 and 5th November 2026 inclusive (15 to 29 days before the start of this event ) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus $40 player pack costs, PayPal and Disc Golf Scene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the player’s spot is not filled, the player will receive a 50% monetary refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between 6th November 2026 and 6pm on 14th November 2026 (within 14 days of the start of the event and close of registration) will receive a 100% monetary refund (minus $40 player pack costs, PayPal and Disc Golf Scene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the player’s spot is not filled, the player will receive a 25% monetary refund.

Players who request withdrawal after 6pm on 14th November 2026 (the published close of registration) are not entitled to a refund.
