About this tournament
Your favorite tournament, Gilligan's Islands, has been rebranded and coming back this year as Momentary Islands!!!
This is an Am only, trophy only, C-tier tournament held at Madeline Bertrand County park. The course is a Steady Ed original!!!
We will be playing 2 rounds of 21 holes. As it was with Gilligan's, we will be adding temporary islands to add difficulty to the course. Am1 and Am2 will play the islands both rounds, Am3 and am40 will be playing islands only for round 2. We will be using both hazard islands and true OB Islands.
Shotgun Start will be used, with at least one hour for lunch between rounds. Lunch will not be provided this year, so be prepared. There are many options within 10 minutes of the course if you wish to eat out, and plenty of picnic tables available if you choose to bring your own lunch.
Players pack will include a minimum of one premium plastic disc, and a custom polo.
Parking and playing fees at the park are included in registration. There also will be a ctp or long putt prize on every hole.
As long as we have 3 players per division, we can add more divisions if requested.
Edit- players pack has changed and will be 2 discs and another item to be determined.
Polos unfortunately had to be canceled.
Holes that will have islands include but are not mimicked to- 1, 3, 7,8,10,12,14, 16, 17,19,20,and 21.
