This is a tee time event with a final 9 added for the best 4 scores from any division to showcase our best players

A digital player guide with full course layout and schedule will be released by Sept 15

Player pack information will not be disclosed until check-in begins on Friday, September 22nd. Player check-in will be at the Beckham Hotel on Friday Sept 22nd at 7:00 pm

Refund policy
Mineola/Wood County Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT!!
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID required.
Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Wait list players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus the processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.
Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted], submitted through Disc Golf Scene registration or email only.
Any cancellation before August 23rd, will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations between August 23rd through September 8th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations from September 8th through September 15th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled you will receive a 25% cash refund.
Cancellations after September 15th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.

Refund policy

Mineola Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will follow the established provisions for refunds based on the Competition Manual 2023
