Tournament refund / cancellation policy Churchville Rec Council is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. There will be NO REFUNDS granted with 48 hours of the ROUND 1 tee off. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
