Mike Moore (BDGC #13) won the Under-16 division at the 1st Annual Limestone Open in 2000. For the next 15 years, his work on our courses, his competitive nature, and his warm friendship for everyone he met were a huge part of the BDGC. At IU, Mike was an integral part of IU’s Hoosier Mama Ultimate team.
Mike, the son of Mark (BDGC #1) and Beth Moore, passed away in 2015. This tournament honors Mike and his lasting contribution to the BDGC and disc sports in Bloomington.
The money raised will go towards adding new benches at parks like the one on hole 16 at karst or a suicide prevention charity of Mark’s choice.
