About this tournament
Welcome to the Meyer Broadway Fundraiser!!!
The Meyer Broadway Fundraiser is an unsanctioned singles tournament sponsored by Michiana Pro Shop. The event is complete with Long Putts, CTPS, and an Ace Fund!!!! Lunch will also be provided between rounds (donations appreciated and will go toward Bible Memory Ministries). The Tournament is being held at Meyer Broadway Park in Three Rivers MI.
The Meyer Broadway Fundraiser is a Competition Endowment program fundraiser. All proceeds raised by this event(with the exception of payouts) will go to support Bible Memory Ministries.
Hole sponsorship as well as direct donation is also available to those who are interested, contact the TD to learn more.
We will be adhering to all PDGA rules in this event. This includes NO SMOKING, ALCOHOL, OR EXCESSIVE CUSSING (812a pdga rules) allowed at this event. Violation of this particular rule will result in first a warning and then dismissal from the tournament. For a complete list of all PDGA rules and regulations:

DIVISIONS
There will be three Divisions for this event: Advanced, Beginner, and FA( all female division).
If you are uncertain which division to choose:
Advanced: For players who routinely play competitive disc golf, who have been in several tournaments before, with a concrete understanding of the rules. Players who register for Advanced will be playing Meyer South shorts tees for round 1, and Meyer North long tees for round 2. Beginner and FA will be playing Meyer short tees on both courses in their respective rounds.
Beginner: For players who have played disc golf, and don't feel like they qualify for the advanced division, but would still enjoy the competitive atmosphere of a tournament.

FORMAT
Two rounds of 18 holes. Players who register for Advanced will be playing Meyer South shorts tees for round 1, and Meyer North long tees for round 2. Beginner and FA will be playing Meyer short tees on both courses in their respective rounds.
We will be using Udisc scoring for this event, there will also be a paper scorecard option to those who would rather keep score that way.
Payouts:
As this is a Fundraiser event, we will only be paying out the top 3 spots in each division. Once we have an idea on how many people have signed up, I will release a complete list of the payout amounts.
All payouts will be payable through Michiana Pro Shop, and you can either choose to spend it at the tournament site, or wait to spend it at their storefront(with a more complete inventory to choose from).

CTP's/ACE FUND
There will be several CTP's and LP's available to all divisions each round. There will also be a CTP and ACE FUND pot available. If no ace is hit during either round, the money will be donated to Bible Memory Ministries. We will also release more information regarding which holes the CTP and LP will be held as the tournament date draws closer.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
There are 72 spots currently available for this event, but more may be added if spots are needed closer to tournament date.
REFUND POLICY
The TD is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who request to withdraw will receive a full refund minus a $10 handling fee.
