About this tournament

Tag finale and membership tournament update. Hope to see many smiling faces and a great time had, even if it looks to rain Saturday.

The WDGC annual bag tag finale will be Dec. 18 and combined with our annual club membership drive tournament out at Blodgett Woods. No online registration. Just show up that morning out at Greg's! Registration is 8 - 8:45 AM and round 1 starts at 9 AM.

No entry fee, join or renew club membership for 2022 for just $10 individual/$15 per household. Donations are GREATLY appreciated. The club has spent a lot of money the last couple years and I have not kept the account balance up where we would like our reserve.

We will have some prizes donated by the club (more money I am spending!) for both bag tag and non-bag tag participants. One round or two for membership tournament, your choice, people playing for bag tag will throw 2.

The Beavers made to the inaugural Jimmy Kimmel LA Bowl and that game happens to be on this day, as well. Great... Let's try to get in and out of there and go watch the game! I figure, if we start on time at 9, keep cards small, and don't waste time, we can be done by 3 PM, and the game starts at 4:30, should work out.

At the private Blodgett Woods course! Located at 21044 Blodgett Rd. Blodgett, OR 97362. Parking is limited, please carpool if possible. Most parking will be along the south side of the road, unless you have items to drop off in support of the event. Look for the Innova banner on the road.

FYI, this is a little out of the way in Blodgett about 15 minutes West of Philomath. The Blodgett Country Store is a mile away with coffee, a good beer selection, but very limited food options. It is advisable to bring food and drink with you.

This is a mountain course with lots of elevation change. The course is not cart friendly, and sturdy waterproof shoes are recommended. The holes are not long but there is some elevation involved, even more if you throw past some baskets. Expect to get in your steps!
