Cost: $15 (plus fees) for MDGC members, $25 (plus fees) for non-members. MDGC members can select the Member Discount option when registering at Disc Golf Scene. Lunch not provided. Note, if you are not a MDGC member but select the discounted option, you will need to re-register for the event and won't be able to have your tournament fees reimbursed.

- Players meeting at hole 1 from 8.30am - 8.45am. 
- Round 1 9am - 12pm
- Lunch (not provided) 12pm - 1.15pm
- Quick players meeting 1.15pm
- Round 2 starts at 1.30pm

Hole notes will also be entered into the PDGA scorecard and should be visible by whoever is keeping score.

FYI: there are a couple of changes to the standard layout so read the hole breakdowns, especially for holes 3, 5, 9 and 18.

Scoring will be through PDGA Live online scoring using access code SCO2023, two people to score per scorecard please.  You can score via PDGA Live app or here:

For CTB's, we will be using Google forms. If you set the CTB for your division group, set the flag and enter your information via Google. Please have the form ready on the day, it can be found here:

Prizes will be limited. Only divisions with four or more people will get prizes (MDGC Vouchers) for winning their divisions. We will also have prizes for:

- Best Total Raw Score for the tournament (If best raw score is also a division winner, division winner voucher will instead go to 2nd place of that division)
- Best Overall Rating Jump for the tournament
- FA divisions will be competing along with the other Female Amateur divisions at Ruffey and Bald Hill for a $30 MDGC Pro Shop voucher donated by Gail Lynch, as well as a perpetual trophy previously donated by Gail Lynch. This will be awarded to the winning amateur female over all three locations, who has the highest rated rounds total over the day. 

Additional prize opportunities will be 4 CtB prizes over the day:
- CtB for MPO, FPO, MA1 Hole 17
- CtB for MA50, MA40, FP40 Hole 9
- CtB for FA1, FA2, MA4, FA4 Hole 10
- CtB for MA3 Hole 7

These CTB’s will be in effect over the whole day, ie the flags will be left out from the morning round to continue to be competed for over the afternoon round. 
If there are any ties for any division winners, raw score winners, or largest improvement, hole 10 will be used as the playoff hole. If further tied, to save time at the end of the day, a CtB playoff will occur on hole 2.

Cards will be published closer to the event date, an email will be sent when that is done. Round one cards will be played in mixed divisions. Round 2 will be played in divisions where possible.
