Meade Septic Supply LLC Midweek Flex Fall Series #2.
One round of 27 holes at Mullet Park in Goshen, Indiana.
ABOUT
This is a PDGA C-Tier Flex event. You may form your own group once all card mates have checked in and begin your round. Play MUST be completed by 7:30 p.m.
This is event #2 of the series. The first two legs are at Mullet Park in Goshen. Players will receive PDGA points and round ratings at each event.
Event #1 is on October 19 at Mullet Park
Event #3 is on November 2 at Ox Bow County Park
Individual division champions will be crowned after the completion of the series in November. Division champions are the players with the most accrued points over the duration of the series. Players receive 3 points for participation, 2 points for each player in their division they beat, and 1 point for each player they tie.
Optional Ace Fund and 50/50 Cash CTP.
TD reserves the right to combine divisions of less than three players. You will be using
PDGA live scoring for this event.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
No cashless registration. No walk-ups after 4 p.m. on the day of the event. All players are responsible for any gate fees that may be in effect. Check back periodically for updates.
PLAYER PACKAGES
All players will receive $4 in "Lucky Bucks" to be used at luckydiscgolf.com retail site. Your voucher will be emailed to you after the completion of the event. No cash value. One per player per event.
PARKING
While Mullet Park is located on Indiana Avenue there is no designated parking. Players should park at Shanklin Park (411 W. Plymouth) and take the trail to Mullet Park or at Linway Plaza (corner of Indiana and Lincoln Avenues) and walk down Indiana Avenue to the park.
RATINGS
You may play "up" but you may not play "down" a division. Player rating classifications will be strictly enforced. You will be moved to the appropriate division should your November rating affect your division registration at the time. Please contact the TD with any questions.
PLAN AHEAD
Daylight will be at a premium. You must play the course thee consecutive 9-hole times for your 27-hole round and be done by 7:30 p.m. Groups must have of at least three but not more than four players. NO FIVESOMES PLEASE.

Maple City Disc Golfers is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw prior to September 18, 2022 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between September 19 and October 3, 2022 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between October 3 and October 18, 2022 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after October 18, 2022 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Round times and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
