The McKinney Doubles Championships is an unsanctioned doubles tournament featuring 3 rounds over 2 days with a variety of doubles formats.

We will have 2 player pools that will play different tees at Towne Lake and Trinity. Pools are currently TBD and will be determined by registration numbers
FORMATS
Best Shot
The team chooses which lie to play. Classic scramble golf.
Worst Shot
The team will play from whichever lie is determined to be the worst by the opposing team on the card. This can get nasty.
Best Score
Each player completes the hole solo. The team then takes the better of the two results. Call in the carry.
Alternating
Teammates will alternate throws. Player A tees off. Player B throws the upshot. Player A attempts the putt. Some would argue the hardest form of partner golf.
DIVISIONS
-Pro: The highest level. Payout will be in cash.
-Pro Mixed: Teams with 1 male and 1 female player. Payout in cash.
-MA1/FA1: Upper level amateur players. Payout in merchandise credit.
-MA2: Experienced disc golfers. Payout is in merchandise credit
-MA3/FA3: Beginners and less experienced players. No Payout, but lower entry fee.
-Am Mixed: Amateur teams with 1 male player and 1 female player.

PLAYER PACKS & CTP'S
All am players will get a custom Innova disc, pin, and stickers just for playing! We will have a variety of CTP's in play for am teams only, including some division specific prizes! Pro players will also get a pin and sticker for playing.
PAYOUT
Payout will top heavy and awarded to the teams that finish in the top 3rd of each division. Pro divisions are playing for cash and ams will play for merchandise credit to The Disc Golf Dojo proshop. Awards and payout will be available as divisions finish thier final round at Trinity.
