About this tournament

Welcome to the 2026 McCurdy Mondays League Send Off event.

We will be playing 2 rounds, first round will be random draw doubles and the second round will be an Ace Race. Rounds will be paid out separately.

Entry fee breakdown and payout matrix:
100% payout
$5 to doubles round payout
$5 to 5 individual cash CTPs during doubles round
$10 to Ace Race payouts

For the doubles round we will be using the same payout matrix as the regular weekly doubles.

Any Aces recorded during the doubles round will payout 100% of the remaining Ace Pool from the regular season. If there are no recorded Aces during the doubles round then the remaining balance of the regular season Ace Pool will be added to the prize pool for the Ace Race portion of this event.

Doubles Round Layout:
We will be playing from the main (long) tees on every hole. Hole 10 will have a long basket position (par 4). Hole 11 will be played from the long tee (par 5). Hole 18 will have a long basket position (par 4).

Ace Race Format:
The Ace Race course will be a shortened version of holes 1-8 with several temp baskets added to make a 11 or 12 hole layout. Every player will throw twice from each tee and record any Aces or metal hits (also called a "Dot", only discs that hit the actual basket or higher will count). We plan to run through the Ace Race course 3 times making 33 or 36 holes depending on the layout.

Ace Race Scoring:
Ace = 5 points
Metal Hit (basket and above) = 1 point
All entry fees for Ace Race and remainder of regular season Ace Pool (a) will be divided by total number of points for the field (b) to determine the amount each point is worth (c) rounded to the nearest whole dollar. All players will be paid out for their individual points scored. (a divided by b equals c)

Example: If there are 20 players who each pay in $10 to the Ace Race then the Ace Race pool will be $200 (a). If the total points scored by all players is 20 (b) then each point will be worth $10 (c). ($200 divided by 20 is $10)
