Designed by Tom Schot and friends, The Gulch is a 22 basket, private course located in beautiful Scott Valley. The Rendezvous disc golf tournament is a 2 day C tier event playing one round of 27 baskets each day. 6 baskets are temporary sets while the others are sleeved. Dry camping is available on site from Friday the 3rd through Sunday the 5th of the event. RV, trailer, tent, and car camping spaces are available. There are however no available showers, or water of any kind, please bring all you need, and please pack it all out. The small towns of Etna and Callahan are nearby to provide you with luxuries. Portable toilets and wash stations will be available during the event. The Gulch will challenge every aspect of your golf game. The large, deep, sloping fairways are sprinkled with strategically kept, mature, Oaks and Junipers.
I've heard The Gulch described as, "The hardest course I've ever played." -Darren Bailey. Needless to say, we wouldn't have it any other way. As difficult as The Gulch is, we expect you'll love it, and all the challenges it possesses. Please no dogs, with the only exception being Peete.
