A Save-the-Planet Scramble! Tee time is 10am!
This is a fundraiser for the Pathfinder Camp Scholarship fund AND beginner friendly tournament on a course designed with beginners in mind.
All ages and abilities are welcome. For the purpose of this tournament, 'Mixed' means one Woman and one Man. We are playing a best-disc format with teams of 2; 6 players per card. Plan on a leisurely round.
Families with two or more teams, please register and reach-out to me for a reasonable family discount.
Single players who would like to participate, reach-out and we will help find you the perfect partner.
Play will be starting at 10 am. Everyone goes twice through the 9-hole course, starting each round on the same hole.
Players Pack is a custom mini! This is a BYOD event — Bring Your Own Discs.
Play will follow some PDGA rules: a Mini must be used to mark the chosen team lie, and you must put a disc in the basket to successfully complete a hole.
Award system:
First, Second and Third in every populated division.
All scoring for this tournament will be on UDisc Events.
Tee-Shot-Only Team-Mulligans are available for $5 each (during online registration), with a limit of 2 per team. There will be no refunds for unused Mulligans.
Raffle tickets are also available for $5.00 during online-registration and day of.
#AcePot will be available during registration or cash day of, by player. At the end of the day, the money will be divided by the total aces in the 18 holes played! If no aces during 18, the money will go to Pathfinders Camp.
Proceeds from this tournament will benefit the Meriden YMCA Pathfinders Scholarship Fund.
