May Final Friday Flex

Floppy Disc Golf is pleased to announce the May Final Friday Flex at the Monster at Majette in Panama City, FL. This event is a Pro/Am competition in strict accordance with the PDGA Competition Manual, focused on high-level play, course stewardship, and the local disc golf community.
Playing for a Purpose: Root for Bay
By competing in this event, you are a direct partner in the reforestation of the course. A dedicated portion of every registration fee goes toward the Root for Bay initiative. These funds are used to purchase and plant native trees to restore the canopy and technical challenge of the Monster at Majette.
The Course: Monster at Majette
The Monster is a dunes-style course built on a reclaimed ball golf course. It features rolling hills, water hazards, and signature Florida palm trees. Wind is often a factor here, providing a significant challenge for all skill levels.
Stewardship: Please stay on designated paths and remain mindful of new saplings.
Important Notes
Each player is responsible for keeping score according to rule 808.A. PDGA Live Scoring will be the official scoring function for the event. The access code will be provided at the check-in table. Paper scorecards will be available at check-in if needed.
Junior Players: We are offering all junior divisions, providing an excellent competitive opportunity for younger players.
Player Packs: All participants will receive a player pack at check-in with a retail value of at least 85% of the net entry fee, in strict accordance with section 5.04 in the PDGA Competition Manual. Items will be finalized as the event date approaches. You may opt out of the player's pack (you will still play for a trophy) - you're basically selling your player's pack back to the club for $19. Simply select the "No Player's Pack" option at checkout.
ACE POT: Players are welcome to register for the Ace Pot. If no aces are hit during regulation play, the ace pot will be donated to the Root for Bay initiative.
CTP: There is an optional CTP pot - just select "CTP" at checkout to be entered.
Pro Value: Pros compete for cash payouts per PDGA guidelines.
Am Value: $3 per player PDGA fee / $3 per player TD fee / $5 per player Green fee

MPO, FPO, MA1, FA1: Blue
MP40, FP40, MA2, MA40, FA2, FA40: White
MP50, FP50, MA50, MA3, FA3, FA50: Alt-White
All other divisions: Red
Trophies are awarded based on registration numbers 14 days prior to the event:

All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee to not exceed $10.
Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee)
> 30 days prior - 100%
15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
< 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available
No show - no refund, no player's pack
If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
