Refund policy

PDGA policy states that refunds do not need to be given within two weeks of an event. HOWEVER - since I disagree totally with that "policy", I WILL refund 100% of your entry fees for any reason up until the cut-off time for online registration (typically 11:30 PM Eastern time, two days before the event, so for this one the cut-off is Thursday June 14).
