    7:15am - 8:15am

    Player check in and player pack pickup. All players must check in at tourney central at the group shelter near Buccaneer. Player meeting at 8:15 AM.

    8:30am - 5:00pm

    Shotgun start for all divisions.

    8:30: Round 1 will be on a mixed pin layout on Ponderosa Pines.

    After lunch: Round 2 will be on the tournament layout on Buccaneer Flats.

About this tournament

Welcome to the 2026 Makoshika Open!

This event is on both the Montana Points Series and the Badlands Disc Golf Tour.

All competitors will play 2 rounds at Makoshika State Park, with 1 round on Buccaneer Flats and 1 round on Ponderosa Pines (layouts TBD)

All amateurs will receive player pack discs. There will be no trophies for the event as those funds have instead been allotted towards larger payouts.

**Primitive first come first serve camping is OPEN! In particular the group site near hole 4 of the upper course can be shared by up to 16 people. Those that all choose to stay there can work together to pay the fee for the site.
