About this tournament

Welcome to the registration page of the 2020 Majestic Amateur Championship disc golf tournament.

May 22nd Update:

We are excited to announce that not only will the Majestic Amateur Championships continue as scheduled, but it will also be a PDGA sanctioned B-tier event! We will be continue to closely monitor any news from the Minnesota Governor’s office & the PDGA for updated guidance and will adjust plans as necessary.

We are looking forward to hosting a PDGA event in the state of Minnesota but still will need to operate different than in years past in order to maintain as safe an environment as possible. Please check back for updates leading up to the event.

Due to this unprecedented times we will be looking at ways to ensure player safety and will ask that everyone pay close attention and adhere to the guidelines.

This tournament will not have any payouts - We have decided to provide each player with 110 % of your value in player packs as we can’t have an awards ceremony this year and redemption. Players will check in 30 minutes before your tee time to sign the waiver and select your player pack items.

On Saturday, the order will be advanced divisions out first followed by intermediate divisions. On Sunday, that will flip flop with Advanced being the final division out.

Please review the below guidelines that will be in effect:
- No gathering of groups greater than 10 people will be permitted
- Indoor facility access will be limited
- Limit of one caddy per player to follow along with the card
- No player check-in or player’s meeting prior to the event
- Tee times will be posted and players will be asked to show up no more than 30 minutes before the assigned tee time and to also leave promptly after their round is completed
- No player’s party
- No awards ceremony
- Tournament will be changed to be TROPHY ONLY and there will not be player payouts at the end of the event

If you would like to or need to withdraw from the event, please do so this weekend so we can let players in from the waitlist. Submit your withdraw/refund request through Disc Golf Scene where you registered. See you all next weekend at BRP!!
