Player Check-in at the course you start at: 7:30-8:30am. Pick up player packs when playing your round at Vallarta-ast Token Creek. There will be an early player pack pickup on Friday afternoon at Token.
Be on your starting hole ready to play at 9am.
A pool plays Hiestand park round 1. Short tees to blue baskets. Round 2 - Vallarta-ast Token (18holes) short tees to blue basket positions
B pool plays Vallarta-ast Token Creek(18holes) round 1, short tees to blue basket positions. Round 2- Hiestand park , short tees to blue baskets.
Vallarts-ast Token Check in and player pack pickup is located at shelter 3 at Token Creek ( off hole 3 at token).
Hiestand Check-in is located at hole 1.
Awards, games and payouts at Token Creek shelter 3 after round 2.
We will be using PDGA live scoring so please bring your cellphone if you have one charged and ready to go.

Refund policy
Mad City Tournament Club is responsible for all refunds. Full Refund available until August 15th, 50% refund until Sept 1st. Zero refund September first thru event. Can pick up players pack or arrange for shipping with added shipping costs paid by player.
