A – All Pro Divisions – Hiestand/Friday, Token Creek/Saturday & Elver/Sunday
B – All Advanced Divisions – Elver/Friday, Hiestand/Saturday & Token Creek/Sunday
C – All Other Divisions – Token Creek/Friday, Elver/Saturday & Hiestand/Sunday

Each player will receive a handout upon arrival at the course containing all the info about each course including tee locations, which tee pads are being used, all OB, the information for live scoring, etc.

Tee Times:
Friday's Tee Times can be found on the PDGA's Results page for the event (link below). Saturday's Tee Times will be posted shortly after play wraps up Friday afternoon. Sunday's Tee Times will be posted after the round Saturday.

Ace Pool
$3 from each player's entry fee has gone towards an event Ace Pool

PDGA Live Scoring
- Each card will be using both the PDGA Live Scoring system as well as keeping a paper scorecard as a backup. The PDGA digital scoring system can be accessed at pdga.com/score and the access code for the event will be: MCO
- For those who may not have used the Live Scoring system previously, digital scoring is considered both official and authoritative with all PDGA event scoring rules applying. More information on how the PDGA event scoring rules apply to digital scoring can be found at https://tinurl.com/3cv9fuw


Players’ Packs & Amateur Payout
- All competitors will receive a ticket to this Saturday’s 6:00 pm Madison Radicals game. Tickets will be distributed Friday at the courses when you tee off. In addition to the exciting on-field action, there will be a putting contest during the game and a hole-in-one challenge at halftime.

- All Amateur Divisions will receive $25 in Glide Credit as a Player’s Pack that can be redeemed beginning Friday, July 16th through the end of this year. The shop will be open 7/16-7/18 from 9:00-7:00.

- Winners in the amateur divisions will receive shop credit at Glide that can be redeemed any time before the end of this year.
- Trophies will be awarded at each course on Sunday as each division’s scores are finalized. There will be no award ceremony this year.

Inclement Weather Emergencies
If play needs to be halted due to a Dangerous Weather Emergency, a message will be sent out via the PDGA Live-Scoring system to all cards active and the course director will sound an airhorn or similar at the course.

Spectators and caddies are welcome! Just please triple check that you've entirely silenced your phones.
