Tourney will be 24 holes (play through course twice)
Pre-reg by 3/21 (add $5 after that)
Reg Fee includes very nice player pack (48 player limit)
Prize Packs for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each division and CTP per division
Mulligans available for purchase the morning of the tourney - 3 for $5 (limit 12)
Print the reg form above and mail with payment to address at bottom, take by HOTC office, or give it to Allen Thornhill, Fort Mason, or Rob Taylor at the Sat. toss or whenever you see one of us.
