Event Name: MWS BYOP Doubles Fundraiser
Date and Time: Check in begins March 7th at 8:30 am. First round tee time of 10:00 am.
Location: Garfield Park 2111 Madison Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507. Tournament Central is at the Garfield Park Neighborhood Association building located on Burton Street between Holes 17 and 18.
Registration Details: Online registration opens at 6pm on January 2nd and closes on March 6th at 6pm. There is no player cap on this fundraiser and we will be accepting on site registration on March 7th from 8:30-9:30 am at TD Central.
Withdrawals: All refunds will be assessed a $10 handling fee. Withdrawals and Refunds will be handled according to the PDGA rules. See rules in this link https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
Divisions: We are offering Pro/Am divisions for Mixed, Men's and Women's divisions.
Player’s Pack: Each player in any amateur division will receive an Andrew Marwede Midnight Vortex featuring "The Cookie Bites Back" artwork, valued at $25.
Format: This is a one round, bring your own partner, doubles, stroke play event utilizing a shotgun start. This is an unsanctioned event.
Course Information: All divisions will be playing from the Main Tees. We will be playing OBs and Mandos. (Subject to change)
Additional info: The MWS will be hosting a humongous raffle so bring extra cash if you would like enter the raffle. There will be an optional $5 50/50 CTP prize and $5 Ace Pool at registration. (Subject to change)
We’re thrilled to announce that the payouts for this event are proudly provided by Great Lakes Discs! Pro divisions will receive an 80% payout. Pro payouts will be sent out via Paypal within two business day of the completion of the event. All amateur division payouts will be in store credit to Great Lakes Disc. Payouts updated by the end of the day Monday and can be claimed in store at Great Lakes Disc Thank you again for your support!
Great Lakes Disc will be matching every dollar raised from this event.
