About this tournament

Honkin' Welcome to the 2025 MVP Glitch Championship Qualifier hosted by DFX Discs and being held at Crestview West Disc Golf Course in Topeka, Kansas on May 3rd, 2025. This event will be a shotgun start at 10am with a players meeting at 9:45am. Opening time for onsite registration will begin at 8:30am.
As part of the entry fee you will receive 1 MVP Fission Glitch & 1 Neutron Soft Parachute. These can also be used in the event, as well as any MVP Hybrid Disc that you may already bag.
The layout will be the short basket locations at Crestview West Disc Golf Course.
This will be a 1 round event where you are only allowed to use discs from the Hybrid Catch family of MVP/Axiom/Streamline Discs. That includes the Glitch, Pitch, & Parachute discs. The divisions available during this event will be MPO & FPO. An Ace Pot will be held during the round as for an additional $5 & free Putting Challenge on Marksman Baskets during round.
The winners from MPO & FPO will have the opportunity to travel to Maple Hill Disc Golf Course in September and compete for the MVP Glitch Championships. Winner's will still have to pay for their traveling expenses
If there is a Tie, there will be a playoff starting at Hole 1 in a sudden death playoff.
If No Ace is hit during the round there will be a CTP throw off on a Hole TBD, for those that were in Ace Pot.
Putting Challenge will be on all 18 Holes where there will be a cone to make a putt from. Winner will be the one who makes the most putts out of 18 attempts. Will only be allowed to use the glitch family disc for putting challenge as well. ***If there is a tie, there will be a playoff to determine putting challenge winner.
This year Axiom instead of the Watermelon Proton Series, they have gone with a throw back to the Baseball Stamp with an Axiom Neutron Soft Pitch for an additional $25.

After a wildly successful initial season that featured 118 Glitch World Championship Qualifier (GWCQ) events, this very unique and important tournament series is back in 2025 for another round of one-speed fun! So pack your Glitches, Pitches, and Parachutes and then grab your GWCQ player packs, and head out to the course to test your one-speed prowess against the best in your area.
The 2025 GWCQ series will be available for Tournament Directors worldwide to run for the entire month of May, and two winners (one MPO and one FPO) from every event will earn FREE ENTRY into the 2025 Glitch World Championships to take place at the legendary Maple Hill Disc Golf Course in Massachusetts on September 12th and 13th. Now YOU have the opportunity to compete against the best Glitch throwers on the planet, on the best course in the galaxy, for a chance to be crowned the best in the world!
