Some minor details may change before tournament date and there is a no-refund policy after 5/31: Please read all before registering, thanks.

How "Flex Tee Times" work: you may show up to check in any time between 7:45am and Noon and tee off once your group is all checked in and hole #1 is clear. You will need to create your own groups of 4-5 players so plan ahead with friends or be ready to make new friends! Expect 30-45 minute delays to tee off or form groups at times and the round to take 2-3.5 hours depending on what time your group goes out.

The Basics: this is a fun event where you don't need to be a PDGA member or have any tournament experience. All players will get a 3 disc Player's Pack and must compete using only those 3 discs! We will play 1 round of 18 holes on The Ponds White tees.

The Woods course will remain open to casual players and not be used due to risk of long backups searching for discs.

Please do not register with no intent to attend as of now; there may be leftover Player's Packs to sell later.

As of right now we are not sure if we can get more than 144 Player's Packs so registration may be limited, if we can more spots will open up.

Please sign up for your appropriate division ask for help if needed.

Payouts: 10$/player will be used for prize payouts in the form of Gift Certificate codes to The Throw Shop. For example if a division has 10 players there will be 100$+ in prize payouts for the top players in that division to split. If a registered player cannot attend, their 10$ will not contribute to the payouts but instead be used to ship them their Player's Pack! Payouts will be to roughly 20% of the field with ties splitting their payout amongst themselves.

All players will receive a Player's Pack that contains: 1- Proton Servo, 1- Neutron Tempo and 1- Electron Runway. You will only be allowed to carry and throw these 3 Player's Pack discs- that's part of the fun! Players will pick their discs out (quickly!) upon arrival tournament day, first in line get first pick.

There will also be Watermelon Hex discs for sale- limit 1 per player with the opportunity to buy one at check in only for players who attend with enough available for all. There may also be a few of last years' Watermelon Paradox, also available at check in but limited to first come first served.

Sorry, there cannot be any refunds after 5/31 so if you sign up then cannot attend your Player's Pack will be shipped (using the extra 10$ from registration) to the address given at registration (or can be picked up) so ensure your address and email are correct please.

The Throw Shop is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Sorry due to the nature of these events and purchasing the Player's Packs in advance, no refunds after 5/31. Instead, if you cannot attend- your Player's Pack (46$ retail value) will be shipped to the address given at no charge. US addresses only.
