About this tournament

Welcome to the inaugural MTDGA Amateur Armageddon! Huge thanks to Michael Bartley and the Middle Tennessee Disc Golf Association for all the work that has gone into Sharp Springs to make it a more versatile track for a wide range of skill levels. We will be raising money through this event to replace tee signs on the course, including new signs for the additional holes that have been installed. The popularity of disc golf has exploded in the last two years, and a ton of new players have joined our family. If that's you, our hope is that this event will be a fun and low-stakes opportunity for you to get acclimated to the tournament atmosphere and compete with more experienced players, while contributing to a good cause and supporting good work in our community.
If you are a pro-dog, or don't plan on participating in the tournament, but would like to contribute to improvements at Sharp Springs, there is a custom Event Sponsor division available on the registration. Sponsorships are only $20, and a sign featuring your name or logo will be prominently displayed during the tournament. (Logos can be submitted via email to [email redacted])
This event is limited to amateur divisions only, and will be an unsanctioned two-round singles tournament utilizing a shotgun start format.
Entry: $45 All divisions. $5 will be deducted from each entry for the signage project. There will also be a $5 Ace Pool Entry optional at time of registration. If no aces are hit during competition, the ace pot will be donated to the cause as well.
All competitors will receive a players pack, which will include a custom-stamped disc for the first 50 registered. 100% merchandise payout for all divisions available on-site, provided by Dynamic Discs Music City.
1st Place trophies for all divisions with at least one player registered by 11/12/22.

Refund policy
Wil McKaskle is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdrawals submitted after close of registration on 11/10 at 5:00pm CDT will not be eligible for a refund. All withdrawals/refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
