This will be Motor City Chain Gang's 22nd Discraft Ace Race!
Here is what every player will receive for their entry:
2 Prototype Discraft Discs
2 Mini Markers
Discraft Microfiber Towel
Discraft Sunglasses
The MCCG Discraft Ace Race grand prizes:
1st place prize: 5 discs, and a trophy disc.
2nd place prize: 3 discs.
RUN IT!
Rules of play:
Players are required to use the player package discs, and only these discs.
No previously used (aka “seasoned”) discs.
If a disc is lost, the player has the option of using the second disc from the package.
Only one throw per player per hole unless mulligans are in effect by TD.
Groups of up to eight players are generally acceptable, depending on course, time of day and TD discretion.
All players should have their own scorecards and mark "A" for aces and "M" for holes on which they hit metal.
After all players in the group have thrown, discs are picked up and the group moves directly to the next tee.
Players keep their scorecards for round two, using the next line on the card to record the round.
The player with the most aces after 36 holes (or however many the TD set for the event) is declared the winner.
In case of ties, the number of metal hits is used as a tiebreaker.
If a tie persists, a closest to the pin contest is then held to determine the event winner.

Because Raintree is a 9 hole course, we will play 4 rounds of 9 holes.

$45 for those who register on the day of the event.
Registration begins at 10:45 am so we can tee off at High Noon.

Course layout: We have been fine-tuning Raintree for years specifically for this event. Our layout is very fair for players of all calibers. C'mon out, you will have a blast!

Hole 5: 93'
Hole 6: 84'
Hole 7: 95'
Hole 8: 75'
Hole 9: 94'

We will also offer an optional cash side pot for those who wish to participate, which is divided proportionally among the number of aces for $5.
Metal hits do not count for the $5 Ace pool.
We have very unique prizes for not winning so be sure to post up if you will be providing a prize and for what the prize will be given for.
The MCCG will donate 1 prize for the 1st Ace Hit.
I will personally donate a prize for the Hanging disc on Basket 7.

Motor City Chain Gang is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
