The Lu Mil Classic Presented by Throw Coast Disc Golf is a two-day, PDGA-sanctioned C-Tier tournament taking place at Lu Mil Vineyard in Dublin/Elizabethtown, NC. If you haven’t heard of Lu Mil, it’s a long-standing family vineyard and agritourism destination known for its scenic rows of vines, relaxed country setting, wine tastings, cabins, and more — and we’re excited to turn part of this property into a temporary disc golf course for this event.

This isn’t your typical woods or park round — the course will weave through vineyard land, past ponds and open terrain, giving players a unique layout and a chance to throw in a setting most tournaments don’t offer. Because this land isn’t normally a permanent disc golf course, access is limited to this special event only, so we’re grateful to Lu Mil Vineyard for partnering with us to make this happen.

The tournament will be played over two days, with tee times on both Saturday and Sunday. That means less waiting around between cards and a pace that keeps you moving through your rounds.
We want this to feel like a relaxed disc golf weekend with a little extra — the change of venue, the vineyard setting, and a course designed to challenge different parts of your game.

Pro Payouts & Added Cash
Pro divisions will be paid out to the top 40% of each division. Payouts will be distributed via PayPal within 24 hours after the tournament concludes. Eighty percent (80%) of professional entry fees will go directly into the payout pool, with an additional $250 cash added to the total pro purse. No cash payouts will be handled on-site.

Amateur Player Pack
All amateur players will receive a player pack valued at $50, which includes:
- A 2026 Lu Mil Classic long-sleeve tournament shirt
- Throw Coast Disc Golf Mini
- Lu Mil Vineyard jam
- Custom Tournament Trophy for 1st Place
- Amateur divisions will be trophy-only, with division winners receiving a 2026 Lu Mil Classic trophy.

Course Layouts
The course will feature three event layouts, with divisions playing the same layout for both rounds.

Yellow Layout – 8,399 ft | Par 64
Blue Layout – 6,633 ft | Par 65
Red Layout – 5,982 ft | Par 66

Layouts by division:
Yellow: MPO, MA1
Blue: FPO, MP40, MP50, MP60 MA40, MA50, MA2, MA3
Red: FP40, FP50, FP60, FA1, FA40, FA50, MA60, FA60, FA2, FA3

In the event of a playoff, players will loop holes 1 and 18 until a winner is decided.

Tee Times & Check-In
This is a tee-time-only event for both days of the tournament. All divisions will play scheduled tee times on Saturday and Sunday to help manage spacing and pace of play across the course.
Tee times will be used for both rounds

- Players must be checked in at least five minutes before their assigned tee time
- A two-stroke penalty will be applied if a player is not checked in on time
- There will be no players meeting; all information will be handled at check-in

Saturday tee times will be posted on Friday, February 20, at 12:00 PM
Sunday tee times will be posted Saturday evening after Round 1
Tee times and live scoring will be managed through the PDGA app

Please plan ahead and allow time for parking, check-in, and walking to your starting hole so the event can stay on schedule for the entire field.

Lodging & Property Information
Lu Mil Vineyards offers on-site lodging options for players who want to stay on the property during the event. Cabins and houses are available for rent and can be reserved directly through the Lu Mil Vineyard website.
RV sites are also available, with electric and water hookups. To reserve an RV site, please call 910-876-5485.

Please note the following property rules:
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY
No tent camping is allowed
No fire pits are permitted

Lu Mil Vineyards is private property and may only be accessed during approved event times
We ask all players and guests to respect the property, staff, and posted rules so we can continue bringing events like this to Lu Mil in the future.

All refunds and cancellations are handled by Throw Coast Disc Golf in accordance with PDGA policy.
A non-refundable $2.50 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method
No refunds will be given within 72 hours of the tournament
