Selecting your Pool:
You will notice we put rating caps on the lower divisions, this is to promote fair play throughout all divisions. Both players of the team must be under the cap to play in pool. If you are not a rated player, please be fair in your pool selection. TD reserves the right to move teams to pools deemed appropriate by the TD.
Also note:
A, LA, and CoA pools are CASH payouts.
B, C, Co, and L pools are MERCH CREDIT to Tri-Fly Disc Golf Store.

Refund policy
Withdrawals/Refunds:
• TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 15 days before the start of the event (before Jan 27, 2023) will receive a 100% monetary refund.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 7 to 14 days before the start of the event (Jan 28,2023- Feb 4, 2023) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, players will receive a 50% monetary refund.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 6 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (between Feb 5, 2023-Feb 9, 2023) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, they will receive a 25% monetary refund.
• Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration (prior to Feb 10, 2023) and don’t play, forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist players.
• Waitlist players that do not make it into active registration by 8pm, Feb 10, 2023 will receive a 100% monetary refund no later then 12pm day of tournament.
