About this tournament

2 rounds of play
Anyone signing up on or before August 1 will receive full players pack. Registration after August 1 will receive partial players pack.

If you do not have a PDGA membership, there is a fund (first come, first serve) for refund of the $10 membership fee, payable on the day of the tournament.

Withdrawals before the tournament day are not eligible for the non PDGA reimbursement.

Refund policy

STLSTC Vixens is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Any properly requested refunds prior to August 1st will receive 100% of their entry fee back (Minus DGScene Fees). Any requested refunds from August 1-14 will receive 50% their entry fee minus and the DG Scene Fee. (No players pack)

There are NO refunds after August 15 2021. No Call, No Shows for any reason forfeit their entry fee and are responsible for fees/obtaining their players pack.
