Format for the day: Two rounds of 21 holes. First round will have all divisions playing the Blue Tees. Second round will have Open and Advanced divisions playing a second round on the Blue Tees while the rest play from the Red Tees (on holes that have Red Tees, otherwise play from the Blue).
Player Packs: Player packs will be provided to all AM side players. The pack is currently slated to include over $31 worth of value. Currently included in plan is 2 tournament stamped discs per player, mini, and beer koozie. There may be additional items included as well.
Breakfast: Free Bacon, Egg, & Cheese sandwiches will be available to all who want. Make your own stop along the way for anything else you may want for your breakfast (coffee, juice, etc). There is a 7-11 on the way at 2715 Union Blvd, Islip, NY 11751 or a dunkin donuts at 1261 Sunrise Hwy, Bay Shore, NY 11706
Lunch: There will be a lunch break between rounds. Lunch will be available for purchase in the morning during registration (before the players meeting).
After Party: There will be a Long Island Disc Golf (LiDG) fundraiser/after-party at the conclusion of the tournament. More details to follow!
Friday Night Doubles: Long Island Disc Golf (LiDG) will be hosting a doubles round on Friday June 3, 2016. This will be a great opportunity to walk the course layout and get a feel for the play for Saturday. Time to be confirmed, but currently slated for a 4:45pm flip to make pairings.
Local Accommodations – These are the two closest places to stay near the course. While they do not have room rates for our event, please call them directly to book. You can search them online to see which is better suited to your style and budget.
