About this tournament
1 round of play
Join us for a glow event at the Lisbon Meadows Disc Golf Course, featuring a temporary 10-hole layout. Participants will complete the 10-hole loop twice. This event uses a unique format that combines elements of a traditional Ace Race with a Birdie Bonanza.
- Holes will be shortened to accommodate players of varying skill levels. Everyone will have a chance to Ace.
- Players must use player pack discs.
* Player Pack:
- 1 Proto Glow Innova Champion Fox
- 1 Proto Glow Pro Xero
- 2 Commemorative Glow Stickers
- 1 Innova Drawstring Bag
- 1 Glow in the Dark Temporary Tattoo
First 50 people to register receive an Innova Proto Glow mini!
How it Works:
- Each player is allowed a maximum of two throws per hole.
- Players will take their first throw from the tee in an attempt to score an ace. If a player successfully hits an Ace, they score 20 points, and the hole is considered complete for them.
- After all tee shots are thrown, players who did not ace proceed to where their drive landed and have one additional throw to get the disc in the basket for a birdie (Note that all holes are par 3's)
- After two throws, players must pick up their disc and move to the next tee, regardless of whether they have completed the hole.
Scoring System:
20 points for hitting an ace.
(An ace in disc golf is when a player throws the disc from the tee and it lands in the basket in just one throw, also known as a hole-in-one.)
10 points for hitting the target (cage or above) from the tee ONLY. No points will be awarded for hitting the basket with your second shot; these points are only given for the drive.
5 points for successfully getting your second shot into the basket, which counts as saving a birdie.
Note: Metal hits and birdie saves can be combined to score a total of 15 points for the hole.
Feeling confused? Don't worry! We'll provide glow-in-the-dark scorecards to help you keep track.
* BONUS FUN!!
After the official Fox Run concludes and the trophies and prizes are awarded, we will leave the glow course available for anyone who wants to play another round of regular glow stroke play golf. Glow overload!
TROPHIES AND PRIZES:
A Special Fox Trophy for 1st Place in all divisions.
Prizes for 1st through 3rd in all divisions.
CTP for all divisions
