About this tournament

MA1 will be offered on Pro day playing the harder version of the course.

Juniors will one round of 18 on a 9 hole temporary course.
Non-Juniors will play 2 rounds on the big course.

All players must consent to a temperature check to enter the property and participate in the event. Masks are required when entering the gift shop and dining hall, but can be taken off when sitting down to eat. Masks are not required when outdoors and social distancing is observed.

Will break an hour for lunch (lunch is included in the registration fee and includes salad bar, drink and choice of chicken or pork)
Will start 2nd round 1hr after last card is turned in.

All divisions will receive a player pack and top finishers will receive gift cards for the gift shop.

LUNCH Information: Lunch is included in the registration fee (optional for Juniors). Players will have their choice of chicken/pork for the main course along with salad bar and drink.
The coffee shop will be open before round 1 as well!

Parking is by the gym (we will have people directing traffic the day of).

Coming from Colorado Springs: Take I-25 to just north of Monument. Exit at Exit 163, County Line Road/Palmer Divide. Go east about 2 miles until you see the Ponderosa sign at Furrow Road. Turn north at the intersection and travel a little over one-half mile until you see the entrance to Ponderosa on your left.

Refund policy

The event follows all PDGA rules and guidelines for refunds. Players who officially request to withdraw at least 14 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event less than 14 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of the entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled. If their spot is not filled, the player can pay to have their player pack shipped.
Players on the waitlist who don't get into the event will get a full refund of their entry fee.
If the tournament has to be cancelled due to Covid regulation changes after player pack discs have been ordered, refunds will be minus the cost of player pack discs. Players will receive the player pack discs and have the option of shipping ($5) also being deducted from the refund. Local pickup will also be available.
