About this tournament
Please note: You MUST be a PDGA member to compete in the Amateur State Championships. (B TIER and above).
This event will NOT have walk up/ day of registration.
YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS. This will allow for us to know final pool numbers for everyone and possibly save you an unneeded round if your pool does not have to play LCQ.
The LCQ registration fee is NOT applied to Championships registration.
If your pool/division does not have to play, LCQ registration is not refundable.
LCQ Tees at 11am, Thursday August 31st
Layout (may change based on pool availability, # of players)
One round on Beast: MA1, MA2, MA40
One round on Beauty: All other divisions
Playing the Championship 18 Layout.
Best scores win all remaining/unclaimed spots. All players who play Qualifier MAY NOT make it into the State Championship Tournament.
In the event that a Pool with mixed divisions has to play the Last Chance Qualifier, the available spots in the Championship will be divided proportionally based on divisional registration for LCQ.
If the pool you are registered for in LCQ and your divisions does need to play (more players registered in the LCQ than spots remaining) please be aware that you must pay for the State Championships directly following the LCQ round. YOU MUST PAY IN CASH due to no internet signal at Mason County.
If the pool you are registered for in LCQ and your division does not need to play (there are less players registered in the LCQ than spots remaining), you will be contacted after the close of registration on August 25th, to process payment for the Championships. Paypal payment must be be made by August 27th, 8pm.
If the division/pool you are registered for in LCQ fills in the State Championships before close of LCQ registration, you will be given a choice to move to a different division or be refunded.
Players will be notified of the status of the pool they are registered in by email and in the comments here.
If your pool/division does not have to play, LCQ reg is not refundable.
You must register and pay for LCQ in addition to Championship registration fees.
There are not payouts. LCQ is only to earn your way into the championship without having a berth prior.
