About this tournament

Inspired by my father, who used to tell me and my siblings "with all of life's struggles, ups, downs and peaks and valleys, if
you have family, friends, food and a roof over your head then life is good!" This is meant to help us appreciate what you have, and we apply it to this tournament. Regardless of what is going on in your life, if you are able to throw a Frisbee at a basket, with friends and family, then life is good! This year we are flipping the layouts and staggering the start times with 2 separate registration check-ins. So get ready for a tough layout and some fun at the Lakeside!
