Friday, July 10, 2026 :
Opening of the course for practice.
- 5:00 p.m.: HQ opens for registration confirmation.
Room assignments (for those who have opted for accommodation).
- 6:00 p.m.: Meeting/Team presentation.
Complimentary aperitif.
- 7:30 p.m.: Dinner at the cafeteria (for those who have opted for the meal plan).
Saturday, July 11, 2026 :
- 8:00 a.m.: Breakfast in the cafeteria (for those who have opted for the meal plan).
- 9:00 a.m.: Start of the first round.
- 10:30 a.m.: Start of the second round.
- 12:30 p.m.: Lunch break.
- 2:00 p.m.: Start of the third round.
- 3:30 p.m.: Start of the fourth round.
- 5:30 p.m.: Side games: Putting, approach shots, etc. Many prizes to win !
- 7:30 p.m.: Dinner at the cafeteria (for those who have opted for the meal package).
Sunday, July 12, 2026 :
- 8:00 a.m.: Breakfast at the cafeteria (for those who have opted for the meal package).
- 9:00 a.m.: Start of the fifth round.
- 10:30 a.m.: Start of the 6th round.
- 12:30 p.m.: Lunch break.
- 2:30 p.m.: Podium and awards ceremony.
For your information, there will be a bar at the headquarters. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the headquarters will remain open after dinner for everyone to get together

Registration for the Ladies' Team event on July 11 and 12 in VICHY will open soon.

Here is some additional information:
Registration will be via a HELLOASSO link that we will send you very soon.
Registration will be individual, whether you already have a team or not.
For complete teams, please indicate the name of your team.
A file will be kept up to date so that you can check registrations and, most importantly, see the list of players available to form a team.

In addition to registering for the event, you can choose to add accommodation and meal options.
Accommodation will be at the CFA residence, a disc's throw from the course.
We offer rooms for 4 people (4 single beds).
The booking will be made by one of the occupants, who will provide the names of her roommates. The amount to be paid is for 2 nights for 4 people.

For your information, we only have 10 rooms, i.e. 40 beds. A minimum of 3 people is required to book a room, in order to optimise capacity and accommodate as many players as possible who wish to stay on site.
If you do not yet have a full team, or if you are accompanied by non-players and wish to book a room, please contact us in advance.

Meals will be taken at the CFA residence self-service restaurant.
- A full package will include meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime (2 breakfasts / 2 lunches / 2 dinners).
- A lunchtime package (2 lunches) will also be available for players who do not wish to take the accommodation option.

Description of the event :

This is a first!
It will take place on the weekend of 11 and 12 July 2026 in VICHY, FRANCE.
- An exclusively women's team tournament, open to all.
- Three women per team (four if there is a substitute), regardless of club, experience, rating, age, country, etc.
- Six rounds of match play, with matches played in doubles and singles.
- Accommodation and meals offers will be provided.
- Registration will open in January.
The aim of this event is to integrate beginner or novice players into this format, so that they feel more comfortable during national tournaments.
But that's not all.
In line with INVITE HER TO PLAY (PDGA Europe Women).
In France, we have more than 50 licensed female players, which means we can expect a good number of teams! Our neighbouring countries are not so fortunate. It would be really interesting and enriching for players of different nationalities, categories and/or levels to form teams.
If you have already played abroad, in tournaments or shared friendly rounds, you have probably kept in touch with people you met there. Now is the time. INVITE HER TO PLAY
The idea is to make this event a weekend of sharing and to help women's disc golf grow.
