Registration Info
Registration opens at 8pm on June 8 and closes on October 2 at 7pm. Once registration closes all players on the waitlist will be refunded and no new players will be permitted.
Format and Course Information
This is a two round, singles, stroke play event utilizing shotgun starts for each round. This event is sanctioned by the PDGA as a C-Tier Pro/Am event.
The plan is for all divisions to play the main 18 hole layout (subject to change), except FA3 and FA4 will be playing hole 11 from a short marked tee. OB areas will be provided in the comments section and at the players meeting.
Schedule
Check in begins October 3 at 7:45am. Tee time for round one is 9am. Round two will tee-off one hour after last card finishes.
Withdrawals and Refunds will be handled according to the PDGA rules. See rules in this link https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Players Pack and Prizes
Players pack for all amature divisions will include choice of one of the following options: custom stamped Z line Cigarra or Buzz SS, or PDGA specialty dyed Insanity or Truth.
CTP and Long putt prizes will be included on many if not all holes.
Added Cash and Sponsors
$500 of added cash. Huge thanks to Parkit Disc Golf for presenting this event as well as Roberts Land Management and Evolution Disc Golf for tournament sponsorships! Also My Boy Chris's Disc Golf Shop, Gazellle Custom Graphics, Screaming Eagle Nutrition, and Disc Teez for their sponsorships and Great Lakes Disc for providing the payout services!
Trophies (Subject to change)
First place trophies will be provided for all divisions with three or more players two weeks prior to day of event.
Important Event Details:
Scoring: We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. There will be physical score cards available also.
PDGA Rules: All PDGA rules and the Professional Disc Golf Association Player Code of Conduct will be strictly enforced.
Waitlist Policy: If the event fills up, a waitlist will be managed via Disc Golf Scene.

There will be an optional $5 50/50 CTP prize and $5 Ace Pool at registration.
The closest fast food areas are 18 minutes away in St. Johns although there is a small selection of restaurants in Maple Rapids which is 3 miles from the course. Otherwise it would be advisable to pack a lunch.
Payouts for this event will be provided by Great Lakes Disc! Pro division payouts will be sent out via Paypal within two business day of the completion of the event. All amateur division payouts will be sent digitally via email by the end of the day Monday and can be claimed at www.greatlakesdisc.com or in-store.
