About this tournament
3 rounds of play
King of the Courses is a 2 day PDGA C-Tier singles event. 3 rounds-2 on Saturday, 1 on Sunday. Saturday courses will be determined by your players pool:
Pool A-MPO, MA1 MA40 Rum Village Morning, Baugo afternoon
Pool B-MA3, FA1, FA3 Baugo Morning, Rum Village afternoon
All participants will play at George Wilson on Sunday morning.
This will be a true test of endurance and accuracy-all courses being played will be in their longest most difficult layouts. We are promoting this as an exclusive event for our community, limited spots are available.

Pro Divisions - Cash payout. Trophy for top 3 finishers.
Amateur Divisions - Merchandise payout day of onsite in accordance with PDGA guidelines by Fly High Disc Supply. Trophies for Top 3 finishers in each division.

Spots will be moved around as we get closer to the event. If your division is filled up get on the wait list, there is a good possibility that a spot will open up. Division spots will be moved and opened at the TD's discretion.
Players are expected to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 90 minutes after the completion of the first round.
No cashless registration. No walk-ups.

Refund policy:
St. Joseph Valley DGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to August 4th, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between August 4th and August 16th, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the wait list. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the wait list the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between August 16th and August 18th, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the wait list. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after August 19th, 2023 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Rounds and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
