The Liftoff at Lake Linden returns for 2023! This year we're partnering with Station Street Discs in Calumet for a special 2-day Space Race. Come play Lake Linden on Friday, October 13, and/or Calumet Lake on Saturday, October 14. You can choose to register for just one of the two events, or for only $5 more, you can sign up to play both nights! (just use the $5 addon when signing up and I will add you to the second night, or show up in person for the 2nd night with $5). Each event will have distinct prizes for that particular evening, but there will also be prizes for the winners from both events combined.

This year, the players pack consists of two popular molds from Axiom: the Envy (3 | 3 | 0 | 2) and the Paradox (5 | 4 | -4 | 0). Both discs are molded in MVP's premium Total Eclipse glow plastic. Eclipse is the brightest and longest-lasting glow plastic in the industry.

You can choose to only use the two discs from the players pack, or add a third disc, a Special Edition Streamline Lift from Station Street, in the same eclipse plastic for $25.

The format at Lake Linden will be the 18 regular baskets (most of them shortened) plus an additional 9 temporary holes for a total of 27 holes on the evening.

There will be CTPs and an Ace Pool (shortened baskets improve your chances!).

We'll also have a campfire with hot drinks and s'mores (weather permitting).

There are 4 divisions:

Mixed/Mens Pro/Advanced: This division plays for trophies and cash prizes - $100, $50, $30 to the top 3

Mixed/Mens Intermediate: This division plays for Station Street-provided swag and MVP-provided Lab Second discs

Womens: This is a womens division which will be playing for a combination of trophies, cash and swag (Station Street-provided swag and MVP-provided Lab Second discs)

Junior: The junior division for anyone 16 and under will be playing for swag (Station Street-provided swag and discs)

Station Street Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
