Event 1) March 23rd, East Frankfort Frankfort, Ky All 24 Holes (Flex)
Event 2) June 22nd Whitley Branch London, KY 18 Holes (Flex)
Event 3) August 31st, Jacobson Park Lexington, Ky 18 Holes (Flex)
Event 4) Sept 14th, Georgetown, Ky 18 holes (Flex)
Event 5) November 8th, Veterans 18 holes (2 round event)
Qualifying:
Top 40% in each division in points wins automatic qualifier
Win your division, you are automatically in the finals.
$250 added cash to Pros for the finals!
Ties:
First place ties during the flex will be done via scorecard playoff starting on hole 1
We only have 90 spots for the Finals so each division will have a set number of spots based upon those that qualify. For example Age protected, Womens, and Jr divisions will be capped at 5 spots (Enough to have 1 card).
Novice (10 spots Capped)
Rec (15 spots Capped)
Intermediate (15 spots Capped)
Advance (10 Spots Capped)
MPO (10 Spots Capped)
*Any Available spots will go to the divisions with the highest total players or until all ties are or the waitlist is empty. You must qualify to be invited or play this event.
Ties will go to most points to qualify, those who tie will go on a waitlist for that division.

Flex Event Payout:
Will only have payout for Open divisions as Ams will receive a voucher for players pack
Final’s Payout will be as follow:
All AM payouts will be done in vouchers via Bang-A-Chain
All Open Payouts will be done via Venmo or Paypal
Refunds:
Flex event refunds are only issued with a 24hour notice before your tee time
No Entry for the finals so there will be no refunds. If you cannot make it please let us know and we will get people off the waitlist.
