About this tournament
As part of the South Side Shenanigans, this event at Jefferson Barracks will raise money that will go directly to the course. Our goal is to upgrade hole 3. Most know it for its tiered greens and awkward footing, but we want to add more structure with brickwork and retaining walls. Plus stairs! The South Side has a bunch of amazing courses, and hopefully, with our efforts, we can make one of the long-standing courses in the area even better!
There will be free CTPs on the course brought to you by local South City restaurants and businesses!
This is also the first week of the NFL Season. The night game is going to be the Bills squaring off against the Ravens! There will be the classic scoring squares available to buy! Each square will be $10, and half of the money goes to the winner and half goes to the course!
Every division paid out in cash!
Buy-ins are broken down as follows
$10 Towards Payouts
$7 Towards Park rental (Once the rental is paid off, this will go towards course upgrades)
$8 Towards Course Upgrades
When signing up, if you are unrated and wondering which division you belong in, follow these guidelines.
MA4 = beginner
MA3= recreational
MA2= intermediate
MA1= advanced
If you do have a PDGA number and are rated, please follow the PDGA guidelines
Scoring will be done on Udisc. Each card must have a minimum of three people. Try not to build cards larger than five without prior approval from the TD. If you cannot find a card/ need help looking, use the comments section or post in the STL Disc Golf Facebook group!
