About this tournament
2 rounds of play
General
2 Rounds of 20 Holes It will be holes 1-11, 14-17, and 20-24. The layouts are in UDisc for practice. AM side is "trophy only" with each participant receiving value in the player's pack and the winners of each division getting a trophy, and depending on the size of each field we will have trophies for the top 3.
Trophies will be gift cards to Lofty Pursuits.

Scorekeeping
Full digital scoring using the PDGA's online scorecard system. Hole assignments will be set prior to the day before the tournament and hole assignments for the second round will be posted to the PDGA site during the lunch break.
Ties
Playoffs for first place will begin on Holes 1 and 24 in a sudden-death format until a winner has been declared.

We will be doing two $75 FREE CTPs, one for All Open Divisions/MA1 and the other for everyone else.
Ace Fund
There is an optional $5 Ace fund, if no aces are hit we will do a 3-way split randomized selection.
Need at least 3 players per division
Food Donations
We are requesting that non-perishable food items be brought for donation at this event. The club will be partnering with Second Harvest of the Big Bend. Our goal is for a minimum of 5 items for each player. Let's help families around Tallahassee have a Great Thanksgiving.

Refund policy
There will be a $10 fee charged to all players requesting a refund for this event. There will be no refunds given after 10/20/23 unless the spot is filled by someone on the waitlist.
