It's once again time for the South Side's flagship fall event, the JBO !!!!!

EVENT DAY PROCESS :
-THERE IS NO FORMAL CHECK-IN
-PLAYERS PACKS ARE AVAILABLE AT HQ (HILLS PAVILION !!!)
-THERE WILL BE A DEDICATED PLAYERS PACK STATION AT HQ.
-PACKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 8AM-8:45AM, at the LUNCH BREAK and AFTER ROUND 2.
-Players should be at their starting holes at least 10 min BEFORE the 9am start time.
Players pack discs for all ams!!

HOLE ASSIGNMENTS HERE AFTER 8pm FRIDAY
2 rounds of 18 holes / 1 day
1 round on Meadows, 1 round on Hills
Shotgun start
All players play one round on each course
All 1st place ties will be settled by playoff, a loop of hole 8,5,6,7 meadows in that order
$3 PDGA fee
$3 Parks/admin fee
$2 to GHDGC
ZERO DEDUCTION FOR PLAYERS PACKS !!!
ALL OTHER $$ FROM ENTRY GOES TO PERFORMANCE BASED PAYOUT IN ALL DIVS (except JRs- all Jrs get entry fee back in merch)

1st round cards will be assigned at random, generated by the PDGA tournament manager software.
By registering for this event- I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND COMPREHEND THE "ABOUT" SECTION, THE REFUND POLICY AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED INFO.
Any player who asks a question clearly covered in THE ABOUT SECTION leaves themselves likely to chain out an ace, have a terrible rollaway and its likely this player will receive the wrong order at Whataburger on the way home from the event.
HQ - Hills pavilion
9am START TIME !!
Division caps are set / overall and pool caps supersede those caps
Caps will be lifted as we near the event. I will give ample notice.
Spots not filled will be populated with players from other divs.
Pools will be adjusted.
I have 24 for ladies and Jrs. They will remain open until Sept 1st 8pm at which time i will open any unfilled spots up to the B- pool waitlist.

MEADOWS:
GENERAL-
No 2 meter rule
All roads/concrete/parking lots etc and beyond are OB
Tennis court (inside fence or any concrete associated) is OB
HOLE SPECIFIC-
Holes 10 thru 13- water in ditch (right) and beyond is OB
Holes 14 and 15-water in ditch (left) and beyond is OB
Holes 16 and 17- water in ditch (right) and beyond is OB
Hole 18- any water in ditch (if present) is casual. Bridge is declared stacked playing surface (lies under the bridge must play from under the bridge, and lies on the bridge must play from on the bridge)
HILLS:
General-
No 2 meter rule
All roads/concrete/parking lot etc and beyond are OB
Ponds (near holes 9-13 and near holes 15-17)- Water line or Painted line (where present) around pond is OB.
OB line itself IS OB, discs MUST be touching in bounds territory to be IN-BOUNDS
HOLE SPECIFIC-
Holes 1 thru 7-Water in creek and beyond is OB.
Hole 5- Water in creek (right) and beyond is OB. Any water (left or right) of clearing/plateau is OB.
Hole 8- ANY WATER IN CREEK IS CASUAL
Hole 9- ALL OB (pond) tee shots, player will proceed to DROP ZONE or re-tee. DZ is for tee shots only. All subsequent OB throws can be played from last spot in-bounds.
Hole 14- Any water present is casual. Bridge is declared stacked playing surface (lies under the bridge must play from under the bridge, and lies on the bridge must play from on the bridge)
Hole 16- Water is OB
