- COST: $115
- ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: 2 rounds + cart + event disc + event shirt. A minimum of $15 per player goes toward cash & merchandise payout. Note: This is a non-sanctioned event.
- CHECK IN: 7:45 - 9:00 AM
- PLAYER MEETING: 9:15 AM
- SHOTGUN START: 9:30 AM
- LUNCH BREAK: 1 hour (approx.)
- 2ND ROUND SHOTGUN START: 1:30 PM
LUNCH BREAK: Approximately 1 hour break between rounds for lunch. Optional hot lunch add-on offered for all players, served on site between rounds. If you choose to leave for lunch immediately after your 1st round, make sure you are back and ready to tee off at your assigned hole by 1:30 PM.
2ND ROUND: No group shuffle after the 1st round...SAME group, SAME Cart, SAME starting hole for BOTH rounds.
SCORING: Digital scoring will be used via UDisc for real-time tracking from your smartphone or watch.
GOLF CARTS are included in your entry fee (mandatory) and are for PLAYERS ONLY. Each person must sign a waiver to assume liability for damage to the carts, so please drive responsibly. NO CADDIES OR SPECTATORS ALLOWED.
BEVERAGES: Beer + cocktails will be available at the upstairs bar and the snack shack during the event. It is PROHIBITED to bring your own alcohol on-site, per ABC regulations (enforced). Please be neighborly and purchase your beers + cocktails on-site.
PARKING: You may park in any available spot at the golf course.
REFUNDS: Last day for refunds is THURSDAY 10/16 for anyone dropping out. If you drop out after this date, we thank you for your donation to the event.

Tournament Director is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Please use link in your registration email to drop from the event. Last day for refunds is Oct. 16 at 6PM.
