All cards must have a minimum of 3 players, note that several layouts will be in use and it is acceptable for players to play from different tees and to different baskets on the same card, however the requirement to observe fellow competitors play is still in force for every shot. The MA3/FA3 division will be reserved for those players who do not have a rating.

All AM's will be given one throw at the practice basket basket from the 200' marker. Whoever lands closest to the pin will receive a MVP black hole practice basket. This will take place over both days and will be 1 winner.

Am divisions will be based on Final May ratings.

Newton County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund
