This is a fundraiser event for the local volunteer fire dept. The am players will have their donation figured into the player pack cost. While pros will have a 5 dollar donation made in their name for the event like last year. Trophies will be provided for divisions that have 3 or more players by May 17th. Rec and junior divisions will be trophy only

All cancelations need to be emailed to [email redacted]. All cancelations made 5 days or more in advance will be given a full refund minus 5 dollar processing fee. If cancelation is made within 5 days. The player will receive the player pack and/or merch voucher for the cost of entry minus 5 dollar processing fee (example: If player pack is valued at 30 dollars and you are playing a division that cost 45. You will receive player pack, if one is available and 10 dollar in merch voucher after 5 processing fee, If no player packs are left, you will receive 40 dollar in merch voucher). Player is responsible for all fees occurred during registration process.
