    MANDATORY very short player meeting at check in pavilion
    to discuss weather delay alerts and possible suspension and resume of play after delay / and to confirm all players checked in since players are grouped in groups of 3 so may need to adjust if a player no shows so all cards have at least 3 players for a legal card

    9:20am - 12:00pm

    tee off and 1st round play (approx)

    12:00pm - 1:15pm

    lunch break (approx) / 5 people that were drawn for the basket will throw off for the basket 15 minutes before 2nd round tee off (practice tee to practice basket) with the ctp throw of those 5 throws winning the basket / all AM players please get your player pack between 1st & 2nd round ($20 voucher to put toward any disc golf disc or item) (most items are $20 or less)

Full Refunds thru June-23 / refund less $5 handling fee from 6-24-23 thru 6-30-23, no refunds from 7-1-23 thru the event date however if a person informs us at least 2 hours before tee-off that they cannot attend they still will get their player pack.at the event or any future MOB event as long as they notify TD that they are not attending the event.
