Time 9:30 A.M.
Fairhaven Rescue Mission is the recipient for this year’s Ice Bowl Charity Events. $12 of each entry fee will go to Fairhaven.
Ace Fund included - no aces, $ will be donated to Fairhaven Rescue Mission
Emails will be sent 48 hours prior to event with virtual players meeting, rules, Covid-19 guidelines, etc.
Tee assignments will be finalized 48 hours prior to event.
There will be a maximum of 120 players for this event
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. Instructions for accessing and using PDGA Live will be in the players email.
New PDGA rule for 2024. All players are required to keep score during events. PDGA.Score and PDGA app will allow all players to keep score simultaneously. If you are unable to use the web or the app, paper scorecards will be available upon request.
All Open division payouts will be digital. All Amateur payouts will be Disc ‘n Dat vouchers and will be available either physically or digitally.
Refund policy
Disc n Dat will be responsible for all refunds/cancellations, per PDGA guidelines.
Refund requests after closing date February 22, 2024 8:00am will be less $13 for Fairhaven donation and ace fund.
