About this tournament

This is the annual Ice Bowl tournament held for the purpose of helping to end hunger with a local charity of our choosing, which will be Feeding America in Grand Rapids. Bring your canned goods and/or cash donations to help raise the goal of 150+ pounds of food (for our local goal) and reach the Ice Bowl headquarters goal of $320,000 in cash donations. Based off of information learned last year, each dollar helps provide 2-4 meals for people in need.
We raised a total of $400 and 83 pounds of food, which exceeds last year's total meals...1,665 total this year. This couldn't have been done without the donation of amateur prize payouts by DiscBaron.com located at Suite 101B, 4485 Plainfield Avenue Northeast, Grand Rapids, 49525.
Help GRDoD help the Ice Bowl headquarters reach the national goal. All donations will be rounded up on site and delivered to Feeding America in Grand Rapids.
2 rounds of 18 will be played with a Chili Cook-off/competition/warm-up in between.
Due to length of play and the layout that not all players knew or ..., round 2 consisted of 9 holes so the players could be done before dark. Congratulations to Chris Markel on the chili contest win. My apologies to all players for my late arrival/start time....it did not help. Next year (& for future tournaments), there will be a course map available for all cards and one posted in tournament central... Which might be moved closer to the center of the course.
The amateur players pack (limited to the first 50 amateur pre-registrants (MUST ATTEND DAY OF or the package will be forwarded to the next person who registered))will be the 2015 Ice Bowl Towel and NEW Innova Whale XT.
