Refund policy

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event more than 7 days of the start of the event will receive a full refund. A refund requested 6 days to 1 day prior will receive a refund minus value of the event player pack (players will receive the player pack). Refunds requested 24 hours or less than the start of the event, will not receive a refund, unless the spot is filled from someone on the waitlist.
